Facebook Jail is a kind of virtual punishment given to Facebook users for violating Facebook’s rules and regulations and it means you’ll no longer be able to perform any activity on your Facebook account be it posting, uploading, commenting, or liking others’ posts. Not only that, based on the kind of offense that you’ve committed, but you’ll also either be blocked permanently or temporarily. In the former category, you’ll be banned from Facebook completely and there’s no way left for you to get out of Facebook Jail. But, luckily, if you belong to the latter category then, either you’ve to wait until your ban period completes or what else you can do is submit an appeal to Facebook regarding your disabled or blocked account using these following steps:

  • Open your preferred web browser and from there, visit the ‘My Facebook account has been disabled’ page.
  • On the page, click on the option of ‘Submit an Appeal’ next to the sentence that reads “If your Facebook account was disabled by mistake, please” in order to open it.
  • Then, fill the entire appeal form with all the required information like your username, email id, and phone number.
  • In continuation, provide an identity proof as well by simply uploading a picture of yours, and to do so click on ‘Files,’ then, ‘Pictures’, and then ‘Open’ button.
  • In the end, click on the ‘Send’ button to finally submit your appeal form to Facebook in order to regain access to your disabled Facebook account.

That’s it! Now, wait until Facebook reverts you about the same.
